Tomato and basil skewer

  • 8 slices 1cm thick
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch basil leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Spray a pot of oregano aroma of Moll de Pomerí


  1. Toast the slices on the grill until browned on both sides.

  2. Rub each with half the garlic and then sprinkle with a little olive oil while still hot. Book

  3. Mix the chopped tomatoes and basil in a bowl, season.

  4. Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of the tomato mixture over each toast and sprinkle with oregano spray before serving.
