Toasts with gorgonzola cheese and tapenade


Ingredients
  • 24 slices of bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 glass Tapenade of Moli de Pomerí


Preparation

  1. Toast and warm slices of bread in the oven with olive oil and salt.

  2. Rub the garlic on the slices of toast and sprinkle with virgin olive oil.

  3. Spread a teaspoon of gorgonzola cheese on each toast, arrange on a platter.

  4. Put on a little tapenade on the slices of toast and serve immediately.
