Spaghetti with prawns

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 25g butter
  • 300gr peeled shrimp
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 7 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoon of sauce sofregit Moll de Pomerí


  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the spaghetti and let it boil, following package directions, until tender. Drained

  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan while you cook the pasta. Add 2 tablespoons sofrito sauce cook for 1 min.

  3. Add the shrimp to the pan and leave them until they turn pink. Add tomato and white wine and season to taste.

  4. Combine shrimp and basil pasta with freshly boiled until a homogeneous whole. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
