Peas with pancetta and mint

  • 500g fresh peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100g of bacon into large chunks
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 25gr butter
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • pink Himalayan salt of Molí de Pomerí


  1. Boil a pot of salted water. Add the peas and expected to return to a boil, reduce heat to simmer peas until tender. Drain and reserve.

  2. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the bacon and fry 3 or 4 minutes to brown slightly.

  3. Add boiled peas, chopped mint, butter and pepper. Preparation of the fire away, give it a few turns to mix the ingredients. Serve and add a pinch of Himalayan salt in each dish, to taste.
