Baby broad beans with Romesco sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons
  • 800g baby broad beans
  • 200g ham or bacon
  • 50g olive oil
  • 1 glass of Romesco Moli de Pomerí


  1. Blanch the baby beans in boiling water with salt and pepper. Cool and drain them.

  2. Cook them in a hot frying pan until they are toasted. Set aside.

  3. Then put the butter and oil in the pan and fry the sliced ham strips. Incorporate the baby beans and mix. Serve on plates.

  4. Add the Romesco sauce.
