Baked Potatoes

  • 600g potatoes peeled and cut into cubes of approx. 2 cm.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 handful chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Salsa Brava of Moll de Pomerí


  1. Preheat oven to 200 º C

  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, season well and give them back

  3. Spread the potatoes in a lightly greased tray and bake 45 to 50 minutes until they are cooked and browned. Turn them over during cooking to brown.

  4. Place in a preheated source and serve. Served with salsa brava of Moll de Pomerí.
