Application

The Spanish Omelette is one of the most typical dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine, you can eat it in different ways: on a plate, sandwich, or in a classical “tapa”.

Ingedients

Potato 47%, mixed mushrooms 32% (laminated mushroom 30%, Shiitake pieces 15%, Pholiota 15%, Pleurotus Cornucopiae 15%, Pleurotus pieces 15%), Oil 20% (80% sunflower oil and 20% Extra Virgin Olive oil), salt and ascórbico acid.
