Basil (Ocimum basilicum)

Basil is planted in the farm of Moli de Pomeri.

Prior to planting in beds, the ground is prepared with natural fertilizers.

The plant is watered by a drip, saving energy and avoiding wounds on the leaves. No treatment with chemicals is done.

The basil retains its fresh aroma with a nearly simultaneous process of harvesting to packaging.
